Simply open the "HIKING NOTE App," ride along the route, and you can collect the virtual "Little Rock Flower" gems scattered along the way. Collect all the "Little Rock Flowers" on any route to directly redeem a physical "Little Rock Flower" badge 🌺 + a NT$100 voucher for our partner stores 💶! The more you ride, the more you get!

Bike Day Registration Rules & Regulations:
This event is free to attend and includes gifts. To ensure event quality and fairness to all participants, a security deposit of NT$500 is required upon registration.
Please attend the event in person. The security deposit will be refunded at the "Completion Gift Redemption" point after staff verify your identity at the end of the ride.
For no-shows, the security deposit will not be refunded and will be used to cover the cost of materials prepared for the registrant. Please consider your schedule carefully before signing up.
The security deposit must be paid within three days of registration; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the registration and release the spot.
In the event of inclement weather or other factors beyond our control (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, typhoons), the organizer will decide whether to cancel the event based on safety considerations. The organizer reserves the right to postpone the event or issue a full refund.
This event is organized by the Hualien County Government. The organizer reserves the right to make final changes or cancellations.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
For registered participants who wish to cancel, please apply for a refund online at least one week before the event date. All cancellations are subject to a deduction of NT$130 (for administrative and bank transfer fees).
Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted within one week of the event. Refunds will be processed and transferred to the designated account by the end of the following month.
If the event is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), a separate announcement regarding cancellations and refunds will be made.
Important Registration Dates:
Registration closes two weeks before the event or when all spots are filled.
The deadline for cancellations/refunds is one week before the event.
Registrations will be canceled if the security deposit is not paid within three days.
