Typhoon Phoenix, the 26th typhoon of the year, is expected to trigger a sea warning tomorrow afternoon (Nov. 10th). The typhoon's outer bands may bring heavy rainfall. We urge the public to stay updated with reports from the Central Weather Administration. During the typhoon, please minimize outdoor activities and do not go cycling. For your safety, please avoid mountain trails.
