有好多湖泊 好多蝴蝶 還有滿山滿谷的綠色
走在山路上 樹木像是活的
風吹 很涼
I really like Yilan. There are many lakes, many butterflies,
green mountains and valleys.
Walking on the mountain trail,
the trees seem alive. The wind is very cool.
我們習以為常的這片綠 多麼值得珍惜
宜蘭的山 不高 卻很溫柔
層層疊疊、起伏繚繞 ，宛如一處與世隔絕的地方
像一雙手 靜靜地托這我們

綠意之間 我眼中的宜蘭
又名軟埤的望龍埤，
三面環山，群峰下的水澄淨如鏡
「望龍埤」 因 偶像劇 「下一站，幸福」
拍攝而聲名大噪
當然，這裡著實令人心動
望龍埤的綠 令人陶醉
尤其是夏天 湖水終年碧綠如茵 
棋盤腳樹
花朵會在夜晚綻放，隔天清晨凋謝，
被稱為「夏夜煙火」或「一夜美人」
這種植物的花期通常在每年的6月到9月之間，花朵從傍晚開始綻放，
直到清晨凋謝，花期很短暫
單純的寧靜
望龍埤 山水靜靜圍繞著
在望龍埤散步 在北后寺靜靜走 很放鬆
飛龍步道就在望龍埤旁
小圈路線環行一圈約20幾分鐘，
途中有一觀景平台可眺望湖景，
適合一般遊客輕鬆悠遊，大圈則約 1~2小時，
繞往望龍埤湖旁更遠的山上果園，為登山健行路線

7/18 中午發布海警 下山後我們就直接回台北
感謝 民宿的老闆 非常 nice 與體諒 感謝你
晚餐仍然是火鍋 and 只有火鍋
No choice
他們很滿意 涼涼的溫度吃一鍋火鍋很舒服
and, 他們感覺價錢很便宜
民宿陽台就看得見 : 雪山
我說 6:00 起床 結論是 6:30 才起床
吃早餐 喝豆奶 聊天 .......
我說我們爬山通常是 4 點起床 5點出發
他們眼珠珠睜好大
normally, We get up at 4 am and start hiking at 5 am or even earlier.
看得見 雪山就在山巔上
在台灣登山 不只是運動
也是跟大自然 歷史連接的方式

天黑都走不到
台灣的高山 海拔高 走起來很喘
需要多運動多訓練
山沒走完 故事還在走
差一步的風景 更值得記得

我們選擇回頭
I got a call from the National Park because a typhoon warning had been issued and we have to get down back For us, this is a good and reasonable reason to go down the mountain.

所以我們只走到 哭坡前景觀台
