這次找了兩位晨跑的好夥伴一起來爬山，特別挑了難度不高，卻沒有多輕鬆的羊頭山，而且離花蓮又不像合歡山那麼遠，騎個機車很快就到了，我們前一天先在慈恩的何家果園住。

星期六中午在阿宏吃完午餐之後便騎機車出發了，吉安居然在下雨，烏雲密布，不過好消息是太魯閣的天氣不錯，看得到藍天。再向上行，進入雲霧地帶，能見度極低，外套都溼了。
我們三人住四人房，一人500元，房內設施相當齊全，空間滿大的，含廁所，在山上能夠住到這種品質還算不錯呢。沒事做早早就睡了，在三度的低溫下入眠。
01.02（日） 羊頭山
起床到外面看，滿天星星，看來是個好天氣。四點多兩位夥伴都起床了，整裝後前往登山口。有四人正準備起登，我們看著他們向上走，頭燈照亮整個山坡，到最後漸漸消失。我們暖身後也差不多開始起登了。

爬上鐵梯，這裡有水潺潺流下。左轉後來到隧道上，在碎石坡沿著拉地線走，過了矮牆便抵達登山口。一路陡上，慢慢走即可。雖然有頭燈照耀，但由於不熟悉與視野狹窄，因此需要停下來看地圖。
瞥見東方天空微亮，金色陽光灑落林間，可以關掉頭燈了。原來這裡都是松針鋪成的地毯，好漂亮。1.5k開始下降，這裡的巨木非常壯觀。之後又是陡上的開始，樹根與石塊成為我們的好幫手，感謝大自然的協助。
再往前，來到2.5 k，這裡是滿滿的碎石坡，氣勢磅礡。快到稜線時，向一旁望去，原來我們已經在雲海之上。不久後，終於抵達3 k的三叉路口，陡上結束了。
在陽光照耀的地方溫暖無比，但背光處則是冷到雞皮疙瘩都起來了，風不小。有許多從畢祿山來的人卸下背包，輕裝前往羊頭山。剩下的1.1 k是在走在稜線上。
在山頂一待就是37分鐘，休息夠久了，走吧。穿過了山壁之後是陡上，剛才下得很爽，現在都要還回來了。感覺好久沒有走上坡了，腿痠到爆，到了坡頂，直接坐下來，受不了。回到三叉路口，下山。
回到低谷，望著巨木，此時已是一片迷霧森林，帶著一點神祕感。下坡走久了真的會想念上坡的存在，一直下坡也有點煩，所以我們就順著平路與上坡跑起來。路標的數字愈來愈少，我們在森林中跑跳，來到七個多小時前摸黑走的地方了。慢慢聽見中橫上車輛聲與慈恩溪的水流聲。終於回到慈恩隧道上的碎石坡了。
直到踩到柏油路，向上望去，我們走過的路已被白雲覆蓋，所有的擔心煙消雲散，我們平安下山了。
I asked my friends who enjoy running to join me on a hike. And I chose Mt. Yangtou 羊頭山, which was not that difficult but still had its challenges. We rode the scooter from Zhixue to Cien 慈恩, where we lived in a guest house before we started our trip.
Because of the darkness, we need to stop and check the map. After hiking for a while, sunlight broke through the forest, and it was time to turned off our headlamps. Here was a carpet made of pine needles. And a steep slope then, roots and rocks were our helper to make us climb up. Also, a scree was waiting for us, and it was absolutely majestic. As we neared the ridge, we found ourselves standing above a sea of clouds. Soon, we finally got to the fork in the trail, it was the end of the steep slope. Many people from Mt. Bilu removed their backpack in order to reach Mt. Yangtou.
We stayed at the summit for almost 37 min, it was time to leave. When we returned to the trail we had passed, we were in a misty forest, it was quite mysterious. We ran along the flat and uphill trail because the series of downhill sections a bit annoying. We gradually heard sounds from the road below us. We couldn't contain our excitement when we saw the scree above the Cien tunnel, so we just screamed. We did it!
